The The central idea is: First understand and clean up, then automate or migrate. MAX reads data from Active Directory, Entra ID, file servers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other systems, links the information in a graph database, and thereby reveals relationships that remain hidden in traditional spreadsheet or reporting tools. These include, for example, nested groups, indirect permission paths, orphaned accounts, external shares, missing owners, or risky admin structures.
